John Kennedy Santos
A man who injected 0.8kg of cocaine worth £40,000 died mid-air when the cocaine he swallowed burst in his stomach.
24-year-old John Kennedy dos Santos from Brazil sank his teeth into
a passenger, then lay screaming and shaking before being pronounced
dead at Cork airport, where it was revealed he had injected cocaine.
The Brazilian was on a plane from Lisbon to Dublin on Sunday
evening when the incident unfolded just after 5pm. According to
passengers who were interviewed, they reported that Santos before he
died, shook and howled violently as he lay dying in the aisle of the Aer
Lingus flight.
Shocked passenger John Leonard revealed: “The noise he was making was like something I have never heard before. Not screaming in a sense you know if you’d hurt yourself or something, just a very guttural, from deep within him.”
A shocked witness described his “violent” and “troubled” death on
board the Dublin to Portugal flight after he began to act violently and
bit another passenger an hour after take-off.
The young Brazilian died a violent death after ingesting cocaine
that burst in his stomach. The effect of the burst caused him seizures.
He hurt badly before giving up the ghost.
