The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Federal Government to release the passport of former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki to enable him travel abroad for medical treatment.
The court gave the judgment today, November 3, 2015, while permitting Dasuki to travel to London for three weeks on health grounds.

The court however ordered the former NSA to produce a surety who would consent to being imprisoned if he were to escape and also ordered that his passport be returned to the registrar of the court within 72 hours of his return to the country.
Dasuki is facing charges of illegal arms possession and money laundering.
