Shocking! Father Who Kidnapped 5-year-old Son for 13 Years (Photos)

A heartless father who abducted his own son away from his wife for 13 years has been arrested by the police for the crime.

Police have found a missing five year-old boy who went missing in 2002, 13 years later.

 The boy, Julian Tiberius Hernandez was reported missing from Alabama in August 2002 after the boy’s father agreed to take the child to preschool that day but instead withdrew money from his bank accounts and fled, taking some of the boy’s possessions with him.

The boy, now an 18-year-old in Ohio has been confirmed as the missing boy by police and FBI agents, who say he is safe and unharmed. Julian’s mum, who reported him missing 13 years ago, is said to be ecstatic her son has finally been found.

 

Bobby Hernandez, 53, is now facing abduction charges on top of a charge for giving false information to get a driver’s license in 2012.

 

Incredibly the discovery was made after Julian tried to apply for college as his social security number didn’t match his name and when a member of staff helped him find out why, it emerged he was on the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children database.

 

Special agent Vicki Anderson of FBI Cleveland, Ohio Division said the two have been living in Cleveland the whole time.
