Daily Mail A bride in China wanted to test the love of her groom by having a makeover to look like an old woman, but he was having none of that.
The groom abandoned his fiancée on the set of their
pre-wedding photoshoot at Dongmen Old Street in Shenzhen after she
arrived with an old face. To the amazement of the crowd, a heated
argument began between the couple.
The
man had asked his bride to take off the makeup immediately which she
refused, asking her fiance if he would still love her when she's 70. She
also added that if he did, he wouldn't mind taking photos with her old
face.
According to witnesses, the groom cursed loudly,
threw his glasses on the ground and walked away angrily, leaving his
fiancée who began crying uncontrollably.
During
questioning by reporters, the bride said her fiance used to be a
'philanderer with many girlfriends' and she agreed to marry him because
he 'treated her so well'.
However, there's some speculation that the incident may have been a publicity stunt.
