It therefore urged the anti-graft agencies to wake- up in support of the president’s renewed commitment to fight the scourges of corruption by bringing to book Governor Abubakar.
In his reaction , Abubakar’ Special Adviser on Media, Yukubu Ibn Mohammed said , the N4 billion loan facility obtained by the new administration of APC was approved by the Bauchi state 7th assembly even before the inauguration of the administration
He added that the issue of the loan was done in good fate to meet certain pertinent needs of the people worried by the deplorable decay in most of the sectors of the economy marred by the PDP
He stand the ground that government would judiciously utilizes the loan in accordance with the ambit of financial regulations to ensure accountability and prudence
